My Body by Maria Joāo Pereira, is a photography exhibition made up of 42 works, recorded between 2019 and 2024, on a cell phone camera {Android Samsung Galaxy S20 ultra 5G} and the aim of this project is the author’s body in the private space of the home. The project was an invitation made by d’As Entranhas Macau Cultural Association to the artist, whose work disseminated through social networks, reflects the multiple representations of her body. The exhibition proposes, in the field of photographic language, to present a set of works that express and interrogate the memory of the present time, mixing fiction and reality, in an imagined performance through photography.
