An independent researcher who is dedicated to the construction of discourse within the arts and contemporary politics, through European political theory and artistic practice. Her investigation lies in the analysis of processes of slow violence in social structures and their representations. With a degree in Fine Arts from ESAD (PT) and a Master’s degree in Communication Sciences from FSCH – UNL, she later joined the British academy where she completed a master’s degree in Photography at LMU and an MPhil at Goldsmiths College. She is currently undertaking a PhD at the Department of Contemporary History at the University of Geneva and a Lídia Jorge Chair researcher. She is co-director and co-curator of comıtė, a research centre in arts and social sciences in Lisbon.

He is a visual artist and anthropologist who investigates the intersection of visual cultures and technopolitical studies. After completing his MFA at Goldsmiths, University of London, he pursued a PhD in social anthropology at EHESS-École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales in Paris. His research explores processes of normativity and solutionism in relation to environmental and social crises, capitalomorphosis, and ecosystemic thinking. A collaborator in European research networks, he has lectured on sociology and anthropology at the University of Paris Nanterre, taught Art Studies at NOVA University of Lisbon, and organised numerous seminars in Paris and Geneva.
