His sculptures revealed his thoughts and experience towards creativity, building a distinctive language in art as well as attempting to blend the value of traditional culture together with contemporary, always appear fresh in the ever changing time and space – plain, bold, simple, and straight forward. His works reflected his understanding of the survival world, representing his exploration of society and the survival of human kind, trying to show the unique aesthetics of the role of human in nowadays society.

Tong Chong is an experienced young artist based in Macau. He is actively involved in Macau art events, as well as exhibitions in Mainland China and overseas since 1993, in both solo and group exhibitions.
