Rui Miguel Rebelo Leão graduated from “Faculdade de Arquitectura, Universidade do Porto – F.A.U.P.” – OPORTO PORTUGAL in 1994.Opened his own Studio in Macao, July 1997. Leão in 2001 Proposal for the lay out of the third bridge in Macau, Macau. ( in partnership with MV. Lda ) – 2001 Design of the Nam Van Square in front of the Macau Tower, Macau. ( in Partnership with MV.Lda) – 2001 Renovation design of the historic port Authority Building, Quartel dos Mouros, Macau. – 2001 Interior design for the law firm Ricardo Sa Carneiro and Goncalo Pinheiro Torres Lawyers.
