Clara Brito

Clara Brito was Born in Lisbon in 1977. 2002 Studied Fashion and Textile Design in the Polytechnic School of Milan / Arquitecture and Design Faculty. 2003 Graduated in Equipment Design by the Fine Arts School of Lisbon. Clara Brito Collaborated with the Botanical Garden National Museum of Natural History, organizing happenings and workshops at the exhibition A Riscar uma ideia O Lápis Designed and created objects inspired in Botanical Museum for the Botanical Museum shop. Collaborated with shops for the fashion area (in Lisbon): Fadas e Bravas (2004-05), Sensin (2003-04), UltraVioleta (2002), Basar Paraiso (2000-01). 2003 Urban Warriors | Máxima Segurança¡¨, equipment and fashion exhibition integrate in the first international congress of design in Lisbon, with the project Ceci nes pas une Burka, Lisbon.2004 Showroom 04¡¨, fashion and jewellery exhibition, Lisbon. 2004 Memorial Prize for Fashion 5th Humen Cup International Youth Design Contest (Women’s Wear), given by vice president of China Fashion Designers Association Li Dong Qi, for the work Dreamed Love Story, Guandong China.2000 Honour Prize for Textiles – Young Designer, given by the Professor and Designer Ron Arad, for the work Luire.
