I am Hei, Ut Cheng Cheong, a designer and fintech professional whose career bridges information management, business strategy, and creative visual communication. I hold an MBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, focusing on FinTech, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and financial analytics, and a BBA from National Taiwan University in Information Management, where I studied business intelligence, database systems, and IT governance. This blend gives me a unique lens: I understand how technology, data, and business models work—and I use design to make them human-centered and engaging.

At my core, I believe creativity is a tool for solving problems and telling meaningful stories. My fintech experience includes digital products, user experience, and financial innovation. My core skills cover payment infrastructure, regulatory compliance, RegTech, cross-border payment, and AML governance. I was awarded Third Prize in the “ICBC CUP” Macao University FinTech Innovation Competition (2021) and was Runner-up in the JCI Fintech Innovation Competition (2023). My design ability has also been recognized: Merit Award in the “C&S Tissue Packaging Creative Design Competition” and Second Runner-up in the Macao Customs Intellectual Property Poster Design Competition.
